The Ecopolis Café serves as an anchor for the site, providing a social hub to engage visitors in the public use of the space.

The Café supports the mission of Brooklyn Ecopolis by enhancing access to high-quality local sustainable food and drinks, including baked goods and sandwiches from the famed City Bakery/Birdbath Neighborhood Green Bakery, coffee and espresso drinks from PT's Coffee Roastery, and organic tea from Rishi Tea.

In addition, we plan to expand the coffee menu to host a rotating menu of locally roasted coffee, and offer cupping and other events to promote awareness on the sourcing and quality coffee and tea products

The Cafe also includes other local treats made or developed in Brooklyn, such as delicious vanilla and chocolate Egg Creams with U-Bet syrup with a complimentary pretzel rod, and Joyva raspberry jelly bars. We look forward to expanding the menu of soda fountain drinks and other locally made sweets to be offered in the shop.  

The Café uses biodegradable and recycled paper supplies and focuses on recycling and composting as a strong aspect of waste management for local sustainability.
